Scope

This website is a purely informational site. It does not use cookies, tracking, analytics, embedded maps, web fonts from third-party servers or any other external services. No contact form is offered; contact takes place by e-mail.

Server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider (STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany) automatically records information that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, referrer URL, browser type and version and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). It is not merged with other data sources and is deleted by the provider after a short retention period. A data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the request) is stored for the purpose of handling the request and possible follow-up questions (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR). The data is not passed on to third parties without your consent and is deleted once the purpose has ceased and no statutory retention obligations apply. Please note that the transmission of data via the internet (e.g. e-mail) can have security gaps; complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to information about your stored personal data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
